Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original designer tags and security seals still attached into the original shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the items.
